Claims Associate | RLI | Atlanta, GA This individual will conduct initial investigation of commercial transportation liability claims throughout the U.S., including making initial contact with insured company representatives, interviewing insured drivers, taking recorded statements of claimants and witnesses, ordering police reports, ordering property damage appraisals and/or obtaining property damage estimates, and making arrangements for rental cars for claimants. Duties also include analyzing and confirming coverage, evaluating liability, documenting, settling property damage claims, obtaining medical records, obtaining wage and salary verifications, investigating bodily injury claims and settling bodily injury claims. This position requires a Bachelors Degree with a minimum of a B average (3.0/4.0 GPA) and a minimum of 3 years of claim handling experience.
